Seafood Processors, bringing you Wild Alaskan Sport Fish processing at
its best! At Custom Seafood Processors we do our best to care for
your catch in a timely, professional manner. When you check in
your fish at our facility it is immediately chilled in preparation for
processing per your request. First we rinse the fish in a light
sea-salt bath to reduce the slime, then drain and vac-pac your catch
using a heavy 4 mil vacuum seal bag for lasting preservation. We
blast freeze your fish to -40 degrees below zero within about 3 – 4
hours depending on the thickness of the fillets. The turn around
time will vary due to factors such as overall volume, the season or the
time of day we receive your fish.
